Deposits and Fees

Incidental Deposit – $250

This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or additional cleaning fees due to smoking or other issues. It must be paid at least 48 hours before the event and will be refunded within 7 business days if no issues are found.

Cleaning Fee – $125 (non-refundable)

This fee applies if the client requests Gracefully Elite Event Venue, LLC to handle post-event cleaning. A checklist is provided for clients who choose to clean the venue themselves. If the client opts out of the cleaning fee but fails to follow the checklist, a $200 fee will be deducted from the incidental deposit.

Security Deposit – $250

A non-refundable $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your rental package. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee the reservation of the venue for your selected date.
